Longevity – Living better for longer (Part 2)
Eliminate and renew senescent cells with natural senotherapeutics
Living longer – and as healthily as possible – is a desire shared by many people. But how can we not only reach old age, but also remain physically and mentally fit? The topic of longevity is increasingly becoming the focus of scientific research, and there are various approaches to it. In my first longevity article, you already read about some factors that can promote a long, healthy life. You also learned about harmful AGEs and which vital substances you can use to counteract them. Now you will find out what senescent cells are, how they affect ageing and how you can eliminate them.
What are senescent cells, what is senescence?
The degree to which ailments and frailty affect our lives as we age is determined, among other things, by senescent cells. These cells promote the aging process and are involved in the development of various age-related diseases. Senescent cells are dysfunctional cells that permanently lose their ability to divide, but remain metabolically active. They develop with age or in tissues affected by chronic diseases. Injuries, environmental stressors (such as toxins), or genetic mutations can also trigger their formation. These cells release pro-inflammatory substances and can thus damage neighboring tissue. Normally, the immune system eliminates senescent cells, but with increasing age or in chronic diseases, this mechanism becomes less effective. As a result, they can accumulate in the tissue and contribute to signs of aging and degenerative diseases. Cellular senescence is a central feature of aging.
Senotherapeutics – an approach to combating senescence
Senotherapeutics are substances that specifically target senescent cells, including some special natural substances. They are divided into two categories:
- Senolytics: They eliminate senescent cells
- Senorevertics: These can reverse the senescent state of cells, restore their functionality, and/or stimulate the formation of new, healthy cells
Senolytics
The term “senolytics” is derived from “senescence” (Latin senescere = to age) and “lysis” (dissolution). Senolytics cause the targeted removal of senescent cells.
Senorevertics
Senorevertics help diseased cells regain their original function. They can free senescent cells from their dysfunctional state and reintegrate them into the tissue.
The goal of both strategies is to reduce the negative effects of cell aging, counteract age-related diseases, and extend the health span in old age.

Innovative therapeutic approach
A sophisticated longevity supplement that I highly recommend combines both strategies.
- Phase 1 (“Reset”): Senolytic agents selectively remove senescent cells. Flavonols and lignans are combined to increase effectiveness.
- Phase 2 (“Renew”): Senorevertics support tissue rejuvenation. These contain triterpenes and peptide compounds that promote repair and regeneration processes.
Flavonols, lignans, and triterpenes belong to the large group of secondary plant substances. These are bioactive compounds that have a variety of health-promoting effects in the human body, for example, by acting as antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and immune boosters. Peptide compounds are molecules consisting of amino acids linked together by peptide bonds.
The unique, innovative, and patented nutrient mixtures have been scientifically tested in studies*. Of all the substances examined, the combinations of flavonols (e.g., from Japanese pagoda tree), lignans (e.g., from oat flour), oleanane-type triterpenes (e.g., from olive fruit extracts), and carnosine (beta-alanyl-histidine) were most effective in reducing the proportion of senescent cells.

This revolutionary product contains a senolytic and a senorevertic in a two-month box. It is a special blend of natural substances that work together optimally and have undergone intensive scientific testing. The two preparations are taken one after the other for one month each. The treatment can be repeated at any time if necessary or taken permanently.
Possible areas of application
The combination product can be used to treat and prevent numerous age-related diseases, including:
- Neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s, dementia)
- Musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., osteoporosis, osteoarthritis)
- Chronic inflammation
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Metabolic disorders
- Immune system dysfunctions
- Skin aging and slowed wound healing
