Elisabeth Buchner

Elisabeth Buchner is an author, speaker and founder of “Hormone Self-Help” in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She completed training in nursing and family care as well as in social education. In 1994 she made her first experiences and discoveries on the subject of “natural hormone regulation”. Three years later she started giving lectures on this topic and then founded the Hormone Self-Help (Hormonselbsthilfe.de) in 1998. She then founded the publishing company “Familienverlag Buchner” and published several books. She is a well known public speaker and lecturer on the topic of hormones on radio and television and travels throughout Europe.
